SinfulColors SinfulShine

-Press Sample
The new SinfulShine™ high-gloss, high shine nail polish with Gel TechTM is a self-curing polymer formula that delivers the same high shine gloss as an acrylic UV cured gel without the hassle of a special lamp.  SinfulShine™ is five times more glossy than a patent leather shoe*... now that's shine!!!

Amazonian:

Amazonian is a pretty sparkly "jungle green."  I really like the way this polish applied.  It has an extremely smooth formula and a beautiful shiny finish.  I wore this one for a few days with absolutely no chipping.  Pictured above is two coats of Amazonian.

At Sea:

I really like At Sea.  This color of blue is so pretty and sooo popular right now!!  I have a million like it, but I still love At Sea.  It has the same awesome formula as Amazonian... a beautiful shiny finish.  Shown above is two coats of At Sea.

Zoya PixieDust Fall 2013

- Press Sample
Hi again Everyone!  Long time, no see ;)  I'm back with a post of 6 beautiful polishes from Zoya!!  This post is all about the Fall 2013 PixieDust Collection!!   Each polish has a matte finish and is textured & sparkly!!

Zoya Tomoko:

Zoya describes Tomoko as: "A romantic champagne silver."  Tomoko is a beautiful champagne color, but it leans more goldish in my opinion.  This is my least favorite of this bunch, but that's only because I'm not a fan of this color on me.  Formula-wise, Tomoko is wonderful!  Full opacity was reached with two coats.

Zoya Chita:

Zoya describes Chita as: "a forest green."  This polish is amazing!!  The pigmentation is super deep and the texture seems grittier than the others (which I love)!!  I almost could have worn one coat, but I used two in the above photos!!  Love Chita!!

Zoya Arabella:

Zoya describes Arabella as: "a rich fuchsia pink."  I think this one is my personal favorite, although I'm really loving most of them!!  Arabella has such a "fresh berry" color and a gorgeous finish!  Again, I used two coats.

Zoya Sunshine:

Zoya describes Sunshine as: "a "Van Gogh" navy blue."  Eh, I kinda disagree with that description.. Sunshine is more of a rich periwinkle in my opinion.  Regardless of the color description, Sunshine is beautiful!!  I'm super impressed with the fantastic formulas in this collection.  Again, a two-coater.

Zoya Carter:

Zoya describes Carter as: "a royal purple."  Carter has so much going on than just "purple."  The pink shimmer really makes Carter so unique from the rest of this collection.  The formula with Carter is sheer, but buildable.  I used three coats in the above pics.  Carter is stunning!!!

Zoya Dhara:

Zoya describes Dhara as: "a fiery orange copper."  Dhara is another beauty!!  With the first coat, I can see hints of red, so it's almost a coral.. but after the second coat, the golden copper flecks really take over and shine!!  For having a matte finish, Dhara is really bright!!

PixieDust Application:
For BEST RESULTS apply 1-3 (for full coverage) thin coats of polish. Allow product to dry completely for full effect. No base coat and top coat required. Zoya Get Even base coat can be used if desired.

Zoya PixieDust polishes are $9 each and are available on zoya.com.  Be sure to like Zoya on Facebook.

A few more from Wonder Beauty Products

-Press sample
Hey Everyone!  I'm back again with more indie polish!!  Today's post is all about Wonder Beauty Products!!  You can see my previous posts on Wonder Beauty here and here.  I really like this brand and the creator, Jen, is such a doll to work with!  On to the photos..

Katie Girl:

The name of this polish is so great (Katie Girl).  My best friend from Junior High School is "Katie" and my step-daughter is "Catie"  :)  Katie Girl has a creamy crelly base with the perfect ratio of blue, black & purple glitter and holo shimmer mixed in.  I used three coats followed by top coat in the above pics.

Party Popper:

Party Popper has the same fantastic formula as Katie Girl.  It's a crelly loaded with rainbow glitter!  It's such a fun polish, and, again.. it has a perfect glitter ratio.. just the right amount without being a total glitter-bomb!  I really like this one too!!

Dirty Girly:

Dirty Girly is "matte black and pink grunge glam."  I LOVE this polish!!  I love blacks/dark polishes and add the matte effect= gorgeous!!  This polish is so versatile also!!  I wore Dirty Girly for a day without top coat, then added top coat to "dress it up."  Pictured above is two coats without top coat.. (Scroll down for pics WITH top coat)

Ahhhhh... I love Dirty Girly even more with top coat!!  This polish is so "me."  Look at the beautiful pink glitter.. love it!  This one's going in my "favorites" drawer!!  :)

Smutty Mermaid:

Smutty Mermaid is "matte black, green and blue grunge glam."  I like Smutty Mermaid (chuckle at that name lol).  I don't like it as much as Dirty Girly, but that's just my personal preference.  I did use three coats of this one instead of two and it looks a little clumpy, but I think I wasn't patient enough to allow the previous coats to dry and I kinda messed up application.. sorry.  Make sure you allow each coat of these matte polishes to completely dry before adding the next.

Loving this one with top coat!!  The glitters in Smutty Mermaid really pop and shine with top coat!!  Good Stuff!! :)

*Wonder Beauty Products have these new geometric bottles that I really like!  They're so cute and unique!  Yes, it was kinda wonky holding them for the pics, but I think I did OK ;)

The Polish Bar- Summer 2013 Holo Jellies

-Press Sample
Happy Monday Morning Everyone!!  I have an extremely gorgeous collection from The Polish Bar to share with you today.  It's the Summer Holo Jelly Collection and it contains five beautiful sheer jelly polishes!!  Application was the same with each color.  I used three coats plus top coat with each polish.  The polishes dry matte, so if you like that look, just disregard the top coat... Caution: PICTURE HEAVY

Shocking Pink:

Shocking Pink

Shocking Pink is a pretty "classic pink" with beautiful subtle holo shimmer.  After 3 coats, there is still visible nail line, but I like this look.  For full opacity, I'd suggest 4 coats.

Orange Crush:

Ahhh, I just LOVE Orange Crush!!!  This shade of orange is gorgeous!!  I love the "squishy" finish and shine!  Orange Crush is my personal favorite of this collection!

Very Fuchsia:

Very Fuchsia

Very Fuchsia is another gorgeous color and I'm really digging this one with my tan fingers!!  :)  I think this will go on my toes soon!  It's a perfect pink poolside color!! :)

Electric Violet:

Electric Violet

shade
Electric Violet isn't quite this dark in person.  I couldn't capture it's exact color, no matter how hard I tried or how many angles I'd shoot.  It's a gorgeous color with the same subtle glow as the others.

Cobalt Blue:

Cobalt Blue

shade
Whoa... another drop-dead gorgeous color with Cobalt Blue!!  This one seems to shine just a bit brighter than the others... It's so "deep!"  I almost could have gone with just 2 coats for full opacity as Cobalt Blue isn't quite a sheer as the rest.

**This amazing collection goes on sale today, July 15 at 10am PST here on Etsy.
